ACID XPress 7.0

ACID Xpress offers you all the necessary tools for creating amazing music. It allows you to load various audio loops and take advantage of the integrated audio mixer in order to come up with entertaining music. The program is very easy to use and comes with an intuitive graphical user-interface.

I had a lot of fun while testing this program. Even though I’m not an experienced user when it comes to audio creation tools, I easily managed to understand the functionality of ACID Xpress. In order to create music, all you need to do is load the audio loops that will be used in your track. Afterward, you can easily “paint” them on the timeline. You are enabled to set the volume, pitch or duration for each of the loops that you add. To make things even more interesting, you can use the included “Soft Synth” to create various sound effects, or new loops, which you can then add to your track.

ACID Xpress allows you to publish your tracks on the developer’s website in order to receive feedback from other users. Also, you can render it as MP3, WAV, WMA, or WMV formats.

The full version of the program even allows you to burn your music to disc. It includes a burning tool that enables you to create audio CDs. If you’re a music enthusiast, you might find ACID Xpress very useful.
